Undergrad Botany student looking for experience

I am currently going into my 5th (and last) year at Humboldt State University, working on a bachelor of science with a major in Botany and a minor in Biology. I have strong interests in topics such as: pollination biology, biodiversity studies, wildlife, sustainable farming practices/gardening/community education, pretty much anything relating to being outdoors and using my mind and body to their fullest in order to benefit our relationship with the earth.
