biology graduate looking to volunteer

In July 2012, I will be a fully qualified biologist, with ecology as my major. Before plunging into the job market, I would love to spend some time volunteering. With the risk of sounding cheesy; ever since I was little I've dreamed of going to New Zealand to see it's magnificent wildlife. Now I'm older, helping to protect that wildlife has become an important part of that dream. I'm female, will be 22 years old this October and am living in Belgium.
