Hi, I'm venturing down to NZ to try and gain experience in every aspect of gardening/conservation on any level. I am incredibly practically minded and have experience working with a conservation trust in the UK (although brief) and on the family property in Portugal which covers 9 acres of grape vine, olive trees etc. I've recently left my position as a facilities officer working for a bank in Jersey to get back to what I love and am passionate about 'the great outdoors'. I'm no stranger to hard work and enjoy the feeling of aching bones and a sense of a job well done at the end of the day. As most travellers I will be coming equipped with the essential, tent, sleeping bag and decent out door gear so just need a place to pitch and work to do. Look forward to hearing from you Liam
